Valve Maintenance and Repair Program RFP

Description: Exercising 6", 8", 10"and 12" water distribution isolation valves. The utility is comprised of over 70,700 water connections serving a population over 205,000. The contractor will be provided with a field application to help locate and track valve exercising, noting and escalating issues as needed. There are approximately 18,800 6", 8", 10"and 12" distribution isolation valves within the system. The goal is to confirm valves are locatable, accessible and ultimately operable. The contractor shall adjust valve box to existing grade, install concrete pads and valve markers as needed.
