Description: Provide qualified, experienced engineering firm to provide consultant services to complete all prerequisite activities required for design and permitting to enable construction of the river trail; boundary, topographic, geotechnical, and hydrographic surveying; engineering design and construction specifications; environmental/cultural resource review and applicable regulatory permitting; material quantities and construction cost estimating.
