Scope of Services for Future Functional Classification System Update
ROCOG seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to update the Future Functional Classification System by revisiting guiding principles, evaluating existing classifications, and recommending revisions to the roadway hierarchy. The study will assess the classification of existing and planned roads and access-management needs in light of anticipated growth and transportation needs, with the aim of supporting safety, congestion reduction, and coordinated land-use and transportation planning. The original buyer-controlled posting and a primary solicitation file were not located; the available listing gives a November 3, 2026 closing date.
