The Florida Department of Financial Services, through its Office of Financial Regulation, intends to purchase Chainalysis Reactor software licenses and support from Chainalysis Government Solutions, LLC as a single-source procurement. This notice is explicitly not a bid; prospective vendors who believe they can provide the services may submit information by October 29, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. ET. The proposed agreement is described as a three-year term running from February 2027 through January 2030, with the single-source rationale citing Reactor’s blockchain-data quality and investigative capabilities.
