Comprehensive Professional Administration Services - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide comprehensive professional administration services in connection with the Texas community development block grant (TxCDBG) 2027 2028 community development fund administered by the Texas department of agriculture (TDA). These services may include application preparation, general grant and project management, financial management, environmental review, acquisition services (if applicable), construction management, fair housing and equal opportunity compliance, and grant closeout. If funding is awarded, the selected provider will also be responsible for assisting the county with grant implementation and activities necessary to maintain compliance with applicable TxCDBG, state, and federal requirements.
