CM@ Risk Services - North County Courthouse Renovations (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide Construction Management at Risk services consisting of pre-construction services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and construction/renovations to the North County Courthouse. The Project includes, but is not limited to: Interior renovations to the public lobby to accommodate a new security control room, removal of one of the existing stairwells in the main lobby, addition of a security vestibule for controlled entry and egress, addition of a secure corridor, modifications to interior office areas including approxy 10,000 SF of renovations to office space vacated by the Tax Collector, 18,000 SF of interior office modifications to accommodate relocated offices, creation of first-floor judicial chambers (including restrooms), minor expansion and modifications to the existing card access system to accommodate floor plan revisions, modifications to building systems including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), re-roofing of the building, re-keying of the building, replacement of the buildings fire alarm system, and minor parking and exterior screening/fencing area improvements.
