Call Center and Technology Support Services

Description: Florida Virtual School seeks qualified proposers to provide inbound and outbound call-center operations, Tier 1 help-desk support, and technical assistance for FLVS students and staff. The work includes handling roughly 20,000–94,000 inbound calls monthly, supporting calls, chats, and self-service tickets, meeting service-level metrics, and complying with cybersecurity and Level II background-screening requirements. Services are to be performed remotely from a U.S.-based facility, with full operations required by June 1, 2027, under a five-year term with three optional one-year renewals.
