Description: Annual Emergency Maintenance Contract - Distribution System - Riverhead Water District work includes Hydrant Replacement - unit price; Furnish and install 6” water service stub from connection to existing water main to property line, 2” blow-off, (2) 6” service line valves, testing, sampling and MPT – per unit; Furnish & Install 4”/6” cement-lined ductile iron pipe (Class 52) including gaskets, wedges, excavation & compaction – per linear foot; 6" resilient seat gate valve with retainer glands, gaskets, and three piece ductile iron sliding type box – per unit.
