Description: Ramsey County, through its County Manager Department, seeks responses from official newspapers to publish various County notices. The work includes providing advertising space and placing public, legal, and other official notices in compliance with statutory publication requirements. The selected newspaper is expected to provide print and possibly digital advertisements, meet circulation, distribution, frequency, and formatting requirements, and provide proof of publication.
