Technology & Innovation Forum Central 2026

The IT singularity has arrived: the moment when AI is everywhere, always on, and no longer a differentiator on its own. Advantage now shifts to tech leaders who realize that the old model of IT is breaking down and who don't blindly serve AI initiatives. Instead, they make AI work on their terms, driving outcomes the business can see, trust, and sustain while strengthening their authority and impact. At Forrester's Technology & Innovation Forum, we will focus on how CIOs, chief data officers, chief AI officers, and their teams take control of AI --- aligning it to business priorities, strengthening modern data and technology foundations, embedding trust and resilience by design, and scaling responsibly. The payoff is higher-performance IT through faster delivery, more adaptive operations, and stronger executive confidence without losing control, credibility, or influence when it matters most.
