About this conference
The Forum on Transformational Leadership is an event designed to equip higher education leaders with the essential knowledge, practical tools, and necessary courage to effectively address complex challenges and drive institutional change. The curriculum features sessions meticulously developed to integrate leadership theory with practical application, framing leadership as a transferable skill set. This forum targets both formal leaders and change agents operating at various levels within colleges and universities, including those initiating transformative projects, fostering innovation at the departmental level, and engaging in grassroots initiatives. Attendees will explore strategies for influencing institutional culture, making impactful decisions, organizing social movements, and applying their expertise across different leadership capacities within higher education.
