About this conference
An operator-led summit focusing on the day-to-day realities of cold storage operations, uptime risk, and capacity expansion. This event, held in a major growth market, brings together operators and solution providers for structured 1:1 meetings and working sessions on uptime, excursion prevention, and scaling capacity. It addresses systemic failures, particularly those experienced in Texas, to improve redundancy, fuel access, refrigeration resilience, and emergency planning in cold storage infrastructure. The summit is built for cold-storage operators and the design-build and construction teams delivering new builds and expansions, aiming to align on specs, commissioning, and handoff standards that prevent failures and increase uptime.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship categories are capped to ensure focused conversations and prevent operator overwhelm. Solution providers participate through curated 1:1 meetings and working sessions, with a maximum of 20 partners per summit. Interested parties can join the interest list as categories close once meeting programs are allocated.
