About this conference
The California Association of School Transportation Officials offers an Annual Conference geared toward all pupil transportation staff such as Drivers, Attendants, Driver Instructors, Dispatchers, Supervisors, Lead Mechanics, Directors and Chief Business Officials. Attendees will learn about ever-changing laws, rules, and regulations governing school pupil transportation during workshops. They will discover the latest and greatest products at the vendor reception where industry-related products and services are showcased. The Managers Forum offers an excellent opportunity for networking with colleagues, vendors, and state officials.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include having a vendor name in the conference app banner. Opportunities for vendors include sponsoring a bowling session for $200 (includes one free bowling registration), participating in Premium or Standard booth exhibits, purchasing tickets for the Saturday night 'Grease' themed dinner and entertainment for $150 (discounted for a table of 10), and a Vendor “Meet and Greet” event for $1,000, which offers a round table opportunity to speak more intimately with decision-makers in a closed setting.
