Mono Municipal Regional Planning Commission Meeting
The key discussion centered on amending ordinances related to site plan review and approval processes. Specifically, the commission reviewed proposed changes to Section 105 regarding site plan submission, requiring applicants to provide and staff to utilize the Montigo site plan review checklist and staff checklist. A significant portion of the meeting addressed proposed modifications to Section 106 regarding site plan approval procedures, focusing on defining minor changes that the building inspector could approve versus those requiring full Planning Commission review. Concerns were raised about cumulative minor changes leading to substantial alterations and the discretion afforded to the enforcement officer.
